Shipping Policy
- Every order will ship between 1-4 business days, and arrive within 3-8 business days.
- Default shipping is via USPS first class
- After your package ships you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.
- Orders are a flat rate shipping charge of $5.99.
- USPS Shipping with Insurance included is available for $7.99, and USPS Shipping with Signature Delivery included is $9.99.
- We will not replace or refund any package that is marked as “Delivered” according to the USPS tracking site. If your package is marked as delivered and does not arrive, it is an issue with your local post office or theft, and is not the responsibility of American Hemp Research, LLC to replace or refund your items. Options are available at checkout to add insurance or signature delivery for your shipment.
- If your package appears to be “lost” please contact us for steps to help you find your package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been scanned into the U.S Postal Service system.
